About Code Buddy
Code Buddy is a small, focused debugging tool made by MyEvent Labs in Australia.
It exists for one situation: you've built something quickly with an AI assistant, it's broken, and you'd like to understand the fix rather than paste in another guess. Code Buddy reads the code you give it, explains what's wrong and suggests a corrected version you can check line by line.
Who runs it
Code Buddy is a MyEvent Labs product. MyEvent Labs builds small, practical web products. It's a small operation, so when you email you'll hear from a person.
How it's built
- Fixes are generated by a large language model from our AI provider.
- Pro payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see your card details.
- Sign-in emails are sent by our email provider. Pro history and usage limits are stored with our database provider.
- The site runs on our hosting provider and uses cookie-free page analytics.
What it won't do
It isn't a replacement for tests or code review, and it can be wrong. Treat every fix as a suggestion: read it, run it and keep what works.
